It's a bit unclear. But it probably involves fries... and space. Roquette was born in the middle of the pandemic in the kitchen of Chez Rioux and Pettigrew. Since the summer of 2025, our flavour ship has officially landed in Saint-Laurent-de-l'Ile-D'Orléans, between the river, sunsets, the recreation grounds and the desserts in orbit.

Roquette was born in the midst of turbulence on Earth...
While the world was slowing down, we decided to take off. Born in the kitchen of Chez Rioux & Pettigrew in 2020, Roquette has been transformed into a supersonic snack bar: a retro-futuristic food-truck ship-truck stranded near the marina of Saint-Laurent-de-l'Île-d'Orléans. Between products from the island, iced insterstellar cones and a slightly exploded cosmic atmosphere, Roquette offers a snack that doesn't take itself too seriously... but who treats every bite as if she had passed NASA's tests.

On Île d'Orléans, there is no shortage of stops... But some deserve to have the engine turned off a little longer. Whether you're on a road trip with the kids, a walk with the dog or simply on a romantic mission, Roquette is the perfect stopover between river, ice cream parlor, decadent snack bar and fun games.
